Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to orders received and/or accepted by CBW Doors, Inc.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance or rejection by CBW. Unless otherwise specified in writing by CBW, all terms of sale shall be governed by CBW’s terms and conditions of sale which are located at www.cbwdoors.com.
Shipping
Upon placing an order, you will be provided a tracking number from a third-party shipping company to which all concerns related to shipping shall be directed. Delivery dates are estimates only, for which CBW shall not accept liability associated with delays of any kind. CBW insures all shipments and does not assume responsibility for damage caused during shipping. In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, CBW shall repair or replace the item at its discretion, and all return shipping costs shall be covered by the Buyer.
Returns
All items sold by CBW are custom, original items. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for any reason.Â
Product Use
The design and specifications for this product have been prepared by Buyer. CBW makes no representations regarding compliance with building and construction codes, fire safety codes, and all applicable local, state, and federal acts, laws, codes, regulations, and rules, and the Manufacturer has relied solely upon the design and specifications provided by the Buyer.

Choice of Law
Buyer and CBW expressly agree this Agreement is to be governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted and construed in the State of California, and that any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved at CBW’s sole discretion by the county, state, or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Severability
If any provision in these terms and conditions is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable under any given applicable law, such provision shall not apply, but the remaining provisions shall be given effect in accordance with their terms. All notices or demands required under this Agreement shall be in writing and made by personal service or sent via certified mail.
